RETURN POLICY
Customers satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you wish to return / exchange an item purchased at a regular price from our website, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. In addition, please send us your order number and the reason for the return / exchange.

Any return of items will be honored, as long as they have not been opened, worn or altered. We will provide you with a return number (RN#).

Please ensure that returned items are well packed and that the #RN is written on the package. This will allow us to track your return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning item (s). Please send your return package with a tracking number, signature request at the front desk and / or insurance as MichelleDecoDesign Inc. is not responsible for lost returns. Please note that a RN# issued by our return department must be forwarded to you before sending your return.
We do not refund any customs / international tariffs; these are at the recipient's expense. Any additional fees charged by your banking institution must be paid by the customer. MichelleDecoDesign inc. does not charge any bank fees (eg international bank charges) and does not collect any of these fees. We suggest you contact your credit card company for more information.
WARRANTY OFFERED BY MichelleDecoDesign Inc.
MichelleDecoDesign inc. offers a six (6) month limited warranty on all purchases made on our website that may prove to be defective.
The warranty is only subject to the following conditions:
1. A copy of the confirmation of the order / order number must be provided to validate the warranty as well as 2-3 photos of the damaged item;
2. MichelleDecoDesign Inc. is only responsible for manufacturing defects. Thus, it will not be liable under this warranty if the damage or defect is the result of: (i) misuse, abuse, negligence (ii) accident (iii) any alteration or alteration made by others, and / or (iv) normal wear and tear;
3. Items covered by the warranty can only be exchanged. Thus, said items are not subject to any refund;
4. If the item is no longer available, we will substitute it for an item of your choice of equal value.
